Who Are These Guys?

Adam Beckmeyer

I’m a sinner saved by grace. I am utterly inadequate to accomplish anything of worth myself. I am also awesome. I take life too seriously, and yet I don’t take it seriously enough. I partake of 5-10 webcomics (I long ago lost track), yet I am not a nerd. I’m the farthest thing from a hippie that you’ll ever find, but I still don’t wear shoes. I am a diehard pessimist, yet I am almost always happy or at least content. In short, I’m God’s joke on creation. That’s me.

Also, I know the seven words that will make a woman love you. I speak fluent Sindarin. I have the abilities of the Mule. I know who John Galt is. And I believe in the Keeper. If you don’t understand any part of all that I just said, let me know. Chances are you’re missing out on some of the goodness in life.

Tim Newton

Hi, I’m Tim, and I’m the cream in this Adam sandwich.  Being the only person on the blog with his own name carries with it a certain level of responsibility which I take very seriously.  Fortunately, it’s not a very high level of responsibility, and taking it seriously usually consists of me trying as hard as I can to confuse the Adams for my own amusement.  Best job ever.  I’m a fan of a lot of things, some of which come with awesome nicknames like Browncoat, Psych-o, Precocite, or Brony, and most of which I’ll wind up blogging about eventually.  I also have Radar, the World’s Greatest Cat ™, whom I will likely blog about as well, and an enormous box of Pez dispensers which I will likely never mention again.

Adam is a busy student, and as such he hasn’t gotten around to writing his “About Me” blurb yet.  Until he does, you’ll have to make do with this stand-in post written by a mysterious and incredibly good-looking stand-in writer.  Adam Swensen is a ninja with serious culinary skills and a penchant for brightly colored clothes.  His hair has recently been classified as a sentient being, but has chosen to stay on his head because, in its words, “I like it here”.  Adam lives in Washington where, despite popular belief, he claims it doesn’t rain that much.

Whatever, I get a good laugh from your posts so I hope others will too. Here is the link and it is understandable your time is limited. The only part I would really like to hear your answers are for #5. Mine was serious but some are not at all.
